Blush & Burn Booty Band Set

$24.99

Feel your glutes work, not your lower back. Looped just above the knees, a band gives your glutes something to push against on every rep.

  • Five flat loop bands, X-Light to X-Heavy
  • 5 to 40 lb of resistance, and you can stack two bands
  • Light enough to pack in any bag
Level Tension
X-Light 5 to 10 lb
Light 10 to 15 lb
Medium 15 to 20 lb
Heavy 20 to 30 lb
X-Heavy 30 to 40 lb

New to bands? Start with Light or Medium. See the Glute Guide below for four moves.

The Glute Guide

Four moves. Five levels. Every part of the glutes.

What each move works, how to do it and which band to use.

01

Banded Glute Bridge

Anatomy diagram with the gluteus maximus highlighted

WORKS

Gluteus maximus

The largest glute muscle and the main bulk of your butt.

  1. Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat and hip-width apart, band just above your knees.
  2. Press your knees out into the band and drive through your heels to lift your hips.
  3. Stop when shoulders, hips and knees form a straight line. Squeeze for one to two seconds, then lower slowly.

Try: 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps · Band: Light or Medium to start, Heavy when it feels easy

02

Lateral Band Walk

Diagram of a lateral band walk: start in a half squat, end with one foot stepped out wide and the band taut
Anatomy diagram with the gluteus medius highlighted

WORKS

Gluteus medius

The fan-shaped muscle on the upper outer hip. It shapes the side of your glutes.

  1. Stand in a half squat, feet shoulder-width apart, band just above your knees.
  2. Step sideways, keeping your toes forward and the band tight the whole time.
  3. Do not let your knees cave in. Take 10 to 15 steps one way, then back.

Try: 3 rounds each way · Band: Medium

03

Banded Squat

Diagram of a banded squat: start standing tall, end at the bottom of the squat with knees pushing out
Anatomy diagram with the gluteus maximus in pink and the gluteus medius in orange

WORKS

Gluteus maximus + medius

Your big glute muscle and your side glutes together, plus your thighs.

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, band just above your knees, hands clasped at your chest.
  2. Sit your hips back and down until your thighs are about parallel to the floor.
  3. Push your knees out against the band, then drive up through your whole foot and squeeze at the top.

Try: 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps · Band: Medium or Heavy

04

Banded Glute Kickback

Diagram of a banded glute kickback: start on all fours, end with one leg extended back and up
Anatomy diagram with the gluteus maximus highlighted

WORKS

Gluteus maximus

The main glute muscle, working through the upper and back of the glutes.

  1. Start on all fours with the band just above your knees and your back flat.
  2. Keep your hips level and kick one foot back and up, flexing your foot.
  3. Squeeze at the top, then return slowly. Finish all reps on one side, then switch.

Try: 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps each side · Band: Light or Medium

New to bands? Start at Light or Medium and move up when 15 to 20 clean reps feel easy. Stop if anything hurts, and check with a professional if you have an injury.
